Step 1: Download the My Airtel app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and register your number.
Step 2: Go to your profile section in the app.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Facing Issue’, then select ‘Chat With Us’.
Step 4: Click on ‘More’ and then ‘Know Re-Verification Status’.
Step 5: Choose the number that needs re-KYC.
Step 6: Enter the OTP sent to your mobile and another OTP linked to your Aadhaar.
Step 7: Submit your Aadhaar details.
Step 8: Upload a clear photo and short video for identity confirmation.
Step 9: Once submitted, Airtel will process your request—usually within 15 minutes.
