Netflix, the popular streaming service, has implemented a ban on password sharing in India starting July 20, affecting users who relied on shared accounts.
However, Airtel users can still enjoy Netflix without extra charges by opting for a specific plan.
Netflix Subscription Costs
Netflix’s monthly subscription plans range from Rs. 149 to Rs. 649.
But with the new ban in place, viewers need to subscribe individually to watch their favorite movies and web series.
Airtel’s Rs 1499 Plan
Airtel’s Rs 1499 postpaid plan comes with a generous 200GB data per month.
The plan offers unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls, along with 100 daily SMS.
Additionally, users can enjoy multiple benefits, including a Standard Netflix subscription, a 6-month Amazon Prime membership,
a 1-year Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription, and Wynk Premium access.
Free Netflix Access for 4 Users
Airtel’s postpaid plan allows up to 4 connections, making it an attractive option for families.
Even non-Airtel SIM users added to this plan receive free calling and up to 30GB of data.
Customers can also upgrade to Netflix Premium by paying an extra Rs 150 per month.
With Airtel’s enticing plan, users can continue their Netflix entertainment without any additional expenses, even after the recent password sharing restriction.
