Airtel Black has made changes to its ₹399 bundled plan for customers using broadband, landline, and DTH services in India.
The updated plan now includes Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service in addition to existing broadband and Direct-to-Home (DTH) features.
With IPTV, the entry-level plan now gives access to a huge library of on-demand movies and shows from 29 OTT streaming platforms.
Airtel Black ₹399 Plan Features
According to the listing on Airtel’s website, the ₹399 plan offers:
Unlimited voice calls on landline
Up to 10 Mbps internet speed with unlimited data (speed reduces to 1 Mbps after usage limit)
Over 260 TV channels via Airtel Digital TV
With the new addition of IPTV, customers can now watch more than 350 TV channels and access on-demand content from apps like Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, Netflix, ZEE5, and others.
However, some streaming services may only be available in higher plans. Unlike regular cable or set-top boxes, IPTV streams on internet-enabled devices like smartphones, tablets, or smart TVs—no extra hardware needed.
Billing and Activation Details
Though it is part of Airtel Black, this is not a full postpaid plan with all Black benefits. Still, it provides the convenience of:

Paying ₹2,500 as a non-refundable activation fee for monthly billing, or
Paying ₹3,300 upfront, out of which ₹2,800 is adjusted in future bills, and ₹500 is non-refundable
