There is big news for Apple fans. The company has officially confirmed that it will hold a “Special Apple Experience” event on March 4, 2026.

This event will take place as in-person gatherings in several cities around the world. It will start at 9:00 am (Eastern Time) and end at 7:00 pm (Indian time).

Press invitations show that Apple will host events in New York, London, and Shanghai. This suggests a coordinated global launch instead of the usual digital keynote.

The branding is also different this time. Apple is purposely avoiding the usual “Apple Event” name because it wants to give media attendees a more hands-on and real-world experience.

iPhone 17e and Mac upgrades expected

Rumors indicate that Apple may unveil the iPhone 17e at the Special Experience event. Leaks suggest the phone could come with MagSafe support, an A19 chip,

and a Dynamic Island OLED display. Apple may also introduce an improved front camera in this model.

Major updates are also expected for Macs. The 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models could move to M5 Pro and M5 Max processors.

Meanwhile, the MacBook Air may get a base M5 Pro chip. These changes are likely to be performance upgrades rather than a complete redesign.

New iPad and iOS update likely

Reports also suggest that Apple may refresh its iPad lineup. A new entry-level iPad powered by the A18 chip

and an updated iPad Air with Apple’s M4 processor could be launched. This would continue Apple’s strategy of reducing the gap between tablets and laptops.

On the software side, Apple is expected to release the first beta of iOS 26.4 soon. This update may include a long-awaited Siri upgrade powered by Google Gemini, following Apple’s recent AI partnership announcements.

Apple has kept all official details secret so far. However, the large number of invited guests and expected product launches indicate that March 4 could be one of Apple’s biggest launch events of the year.

The “Special Apple Experience” name also suggests that attendees may get the chance to directly interact with the new hardware instead of only watching a staged keynote.
