Fractal Analytics, a company that provides artificial intelligence and data analytics solutions, is set to launch its much-awaited IPO next week.

It will be one of the major mainboard public issues to watch in February.

If you are planning to invest, here are the most important details explained in simple terms.

Important IPO Dates and Listing Schedule

The Fractal Analytics IPO will open for subscription on Monday, February 9, and close on Wednesday, February 11.

Anchor investors will get a chance to bid earlier, on February 6.

After the bidding process ends, the basis of allotment is likely to be finalized on February 12.

The company’s shares are expected to be listed on both NSE and BSE on February 16.

Issue Size, Price Band, and Lot Size

This is a book-built IPO worth ₹2,833.90 crore. It includes two parts:

A fresh issue worth ₹1,023.50 crore

An offer for sale (OFS) worth ₹1,810.40 crore by existing shareholders

At the upper price, the company’s valuation comes close to ₹15,500 crore.

Funds raised through the OFS will go to existing shareholders and not to the company.
