The IPO season in November continues as Capillary Technologies, an Indian tech company, gears up to launch its ₹877.5 crore initial public offering (IPO).
The issue will open for public subscription on November 14 and close on November 18.
The price band for the IPO is fixed between ₹549 and ₹577 per share.

The total issue size is ₹877.5 crore, which includes:
Fresh issue of 60 lakh shares worth ₹345 crore, and
Offer for sale (OFS) of 92 lakh shares worth ₹532.5 crore.
Leading financial institutions JM Financial, IIFL Capital, and Nomura Financial Advisory are managing the IPO, while MUFG is the registrar for the offer.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 25 shares, and in multiples of 25 thereafter.

Retail investors: Minimum 25 shares worth ₹14,425
Small non-institutional investors (NIIs): Minimum 14 lots (350 shares) worth ₹2,01,950
Large NIIs: Minimum 70 lots (1,750 shares) worth ₹10,09,750
The promoter group, which includes Capillary Technologies International and Aneesh Reddy Boddu, currently holds 67.9% of the company.
Where Will the Money Go?
Capillary Technologies plans to use the IPO funds mainly to strengthen its technology and business operations.
The company has outlined the following objectives:
₹151.54 crore for research and development (R&D)
₹120 crore for cloud infrastructure costs
₹10.32 crore for inventory purchases
The remaining amount for inorganic growth initiatives and general corporate purposes

The IPO allocation will follow SEBI’s guidelines:
75% reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs)
15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs)
