Sign up or log in using your mobile number

Go to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section

Select your airline

Upload your boarding pass, PNR, and receipts, then click Submit

If your complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you can escalate it to the DGCA Grievance Officer.
