Tata Capital Limited, the financial arm of the Tata Group, is finally bringing its much-awaited IPO.
The issue will open for subscription on October 6, 2025, and close on October 8, 2025.
The company has set a price band of ₹310–₹326 per share and aims to raise a whopping ₹15,511.87 crore through a mix of fresh issue and Offer for Sale (OFS).
Once the IPO closes, shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE.
