Documents Required

Certain documents are necessary for scheme enrollment, including Aadhar card, land ownership proof, net worth certificate,

mobile number, bank account details, and a passport-sized photograph.

Application Process

Farmers can register for PM Kusum Yojana both online and offline. The scheme allows for setting up solar power plants and leasing land.

Target and Benefits

The scheme targets reaching out to 35 lakh farmers, aiming to provide them with free electricity for irrigation through solar panels.

This initiative aims to alleviate the burden of electricity bills for farmers, leading to increased income and productivity.

Applicants can view the list of registered land lease applicants on the RREC website. Additionally, farmers must register on the Agriculture Department’s website and apply online for booking solar pumps.
