While prices of some cars will be announced, features of others have already been revealed. Below are the details of the cars expected to debut in January 2026.
Kia Seltos Facelift
The Kia Seltos Facelift will be launched on January 2, 2026, marking the first major car launch of the new year. While Kia has revealed all the details of the car, the price will be announced on the launch day.
The new Kia Seltos is built on Kia’s global K3 platform, which is being introduced in India for the first time. It uses high-strength steel, improved structural reinforcement,
and enhanced hot-stamped components to offer better crash protection and rigidity. Platform upgrades also improve ride quality, comfort, stability, and reduce noise and vibrations.
Mahindra XUV 7XO
The Mahindra XUV 7XO is scheduled to launch on January 5, 2026, making January a busy month for car buyers. Details about its price and full features will be revealed on the same day.
This SUV is expected to come with several advanced features, including Level-2 ADAS, a lane departure system, a 540-degree camera, a panoramic sunroof, rear-seat screens, and a triple front screen setup with Adreno 4.

Renault Duster

The upcoming Renault Duster will feature a bolder and more muscular design. The front will have LED headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, along with a revised bumper designed to suit Indian road conditions.
The test model was seen with 18-inch diamond-cut Y-pattern alloy wheels. Squared wheel arches, thick cladding,
and strong body lines give it a rugged look. The greenhouse design, roof rails, and Y-shaped taillamps are expected to remain similar to the global model.
Maruti e-Vitara
The Maruti e-Vitara has not been officially launched yet, and its exact launch date has not been confirmed. However, it is expected to debut next month.
This electric SUV will be offered with two battery options – 49kWh and 61kWh. It is expected to deliver a driving range of up to 428 km on a single charge.
Nissan Gravite
Nissan has named its upcoming 7-seater B-MPV as GRAVITE, which is expected to launch in early 2026. This vehicle has been specially designed for Indian families.
