Are you planning to buy your own house in Delhi? The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is offering 6,500 flats for sale.
Along with this, DDA is also giving a 25% discount on these flats. If you are interested, you need to apply by 26 August.
Who Can Apply for the Shramik Housing Scheme?
According to DDA, the 25% discount will be available only to building and construction workers who are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB).
Workers registered till 31 December 2024 are eligible.
Apart from this, workers enrolled under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme can also get this discount.
Location and Types of Flats
Flats under this scheme are located in Narela, Sirsapur, and Loknayakpuram.
More than 6,500 flats are available in categories like LIG, MIG, HIG, and EWS.
