Honda launched its Dio 125 Scooter in affordable Price

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) have recently expanded their scooter lineup with the introduction of the Dio 125. This new addition to the Honda family comes with a starting price of Rs 83,400 (ex-showroom Delhi).

The Dio 125 marks Honda’s third 125cc scooter in India, joining the ranks of the Activa 125 and the Grazia.

Bookings have already commenced, and deliveries are expected to commence soon.

This latest offering from Honda will face competition from popular models like the Hero Maestro Edge 125, TVS Ntorq 125, Yamaha Razr, and Suzuki Avensis.

Variants, Pricing, and Engine Specs

The Honda Dio 125 is available in two variants: Standard and Smart, priced at Rs 83,400 and Rs 91,300 (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.

Powering the Dio 125 is a 123.97cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that produces 8.19 bhp and 10.4 Nm of torque. It is mated to a CVT transmission for smooth and effortless rides.

The Dio 125 comes with a range of features to enhance the riding experience.

It boasts an all-digital instrument cluster, Honda’s H-Smart Key system, front disc brake with alloy wheels, and a generous 18-liter under-seat storage space.

Additionally, it is equipped with a dual outlet muffler, delivering a sporty exhaust note that adds to the overall appeal of the scooter.
