DDA Narela Flats have received a major boost under the Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026, with 1,287 additional homes added to the scheme. The newly added flats will be available for booking from 12 noon on August 28, 2026.
The new inventory includes 790 Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats and 497 High-Income Group (HIG) flats in Pocket 3 and Pocket 4 of Sector A1-A4, Narela. All these flats will be offered with a 25% discount under the existing scheme terms.
DDA Narela Flats booking starts August 28
The booking for the additional flats will begin at 12 noon on August 28. The allotment will be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis, making the timing of the booking important for interested buyers.
The newly added homes are part of the ongoing DDA Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026. The authority has also provided flat-wise details, including the size, floor and discounted price of individual units.
25% discount on Narela flats
The biggest attraction for homebuyers is the 25% discount on the listed flat prices. The final price varies depending on the category, location and size of the individual flat.
For example, several MIG flats of around 126 to 140 square metres have discounted prices ranging from roughly ₹73.7 lakh to ₹81.8 lakh. The exact amount depends on the particular unit selected.
The additional flats will follow the same terms and conditions that apply to the existing Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026.
Who can consider these DDA homes?
The new inventory covers both MIG and HIG categories, giving eligible applicants more options under the housing scheme. Buyers should check the applicable eligibility conditions and scheme requirements before attempting to book a flat.
Since the allotment is on a first-come, first-served basis, applicants who are eligible and interested in these homes should complete the required registration and booking formalities as per DDA’s rules.
Why August 28 is important for buyers
DDA Narela Flats will become available for booking from noon on August 28, coinciding with Raksha Bandhan. Since allotment is based on the first-come, first-served system, availability can depend on how quickly eligible applicants complete the booking process.
The addition of 1,287 homes gives buyers another opportunity to purchase a DDA flat with a 25% discount. However, buyers should check the individual flat details, final price and applicable terms carefully before making a booking decision.
