Bharti Airtel appears to have quietly introduced a new rewards program called Airtel Insider, offering select customers access to premium digital and lifestyle benefits through the Airtel Thanks app.
While the telecom company has not yet made an official announcement, the feature has started appearing for some users inside the Rewards and OTT section of the app.
Customers who are eligible can browse and claim exclusive partner offers directly from the platform.
What Benefits Are Available Under Airtel Insider?
The biggest attraction of the Airtel Insider program is a free three-month LinkedIn Premium subscription, which normally costs around Rs 2,997.
LinkedIn Premium comes with several professional features, including:
Access to advanced networking tools
Applicant insights for job seekers
Enhanced profile visibility
InMail credits to contact professionals directly
LinkedIn Learning courses
Apart from LinkedIn Premium, Airtel is also offering a two-month EasyDiner Prime membership, which is worth around Rs 850.
EasyDiner Prime users can enjoy restaurant discounts, special dining deals, and exclusive offers at participating outlets.
Benefits Need to Be Claimed Manually
It is important to note that these rewards are not activated automatically.
Eligible users must visit the Airtel Insider section and manually claim the available benefits.
The app also includes a separate “Claimed Benefits” section where users can view and track rewards they have already activated.
If you do not claim the offers, you may not be able to use them.
How to Check If You Are Eligible
According to reports, the Airtel Insider section has been spotted in the Airtel Thanks app for some prepaid users.
However, Airtel has not yet clarified:
Who is eligible for the program
Whether all Airtel subscribers will receive access
How long the offers will remain available
As a result, availability may vary from user to user.
Where to Find Airtel Insider in the App
Some users have reported seeing a small Airtel Insider banner appear at the bottom-right corner of the Airtel Thanks app home screen.
Clicking on the banner opens the rewards page, where eligible customers can claim available benefits.
Alternatively, you can check the Rewards and OTT section within the app to see whether the Airtel Insider program is available on your account.
Don’t See the Offer? Try This
If you cannot find the Airtel Insider section or the pop-up banner, it could mean that the offer is not currently available for your account.
You can also try updating the Airtel Thanks app to the latest version and check again.
Since Airtel has not officially announced the full rollout, the feature may be released gradually to different users.
For Airtel customers, the new Airtel Insider program could be a valuable way to access premium services like LinkedIn Premium and EasyDiner Prime at no extra cost.
If the feature is visible in your app, it may be worth claiming the benefits before they expire.
