Samsung Galaxy F70 5G has launched in India with a 50MP camera, a Super AMOLED display and a 5,000mAh battery.

The new smartphone targets buyers looking for a feature-rich 5G device in the sub-Rs 20,000 segment, with a launch offer bringing its effective starting price down to Rs 17,999.

The phone joins Samsung’s Galaxy F70 series, offering a combination of display quality, camera features and everyday performance.

Its first sale is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 12 noon, giving interested buyers an opportunity to purchase the device shortly after its launch.

Samsung Galaxy F70 5G Price and Sale Date

The Samsung Galaxy F70 5G is available in two configurations. The 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant carries a standard price of Rs 19,999, while the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs Rs 22,999.

Under the reported launch offers, eligible bank card payments can reduce the effective starting price to Rs 17,999.

The final price depends on the applicable bank offer and eligibility conditions, so buyers should check the terms before completing their purchase.

The smartphone will be available through Flipkart and Samsung India’s online store, with availability also reported through major offline retail outlets.

Buyers should confirm the available variant, colour and offer details with their chosen retailer.

 Display, Processor and Software Features

The Galaxy F70 5G features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.

The screen is designed to deliver vibrant colours and smoother scrolling when browsing websites, watching videos or using social media applications.

For protection, the phone includes Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and carries an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.

These features offer added everyday protection, although the IP54 rating does not make the handset waterproof.

The device is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1330 octa-core processor, built using a 5nm process.

It comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, while a microSD card slot supports additional storage expansion.

The smartphone runs Android 15 with Samsung’s One UI 7 interface, according to the published specifications.

Samsung has also committed to four generations of Android operating system upgrades and five years of security updates, giving buyers a clearer picture of its planned software support.

Samsung Galaxy F70 5G Camera Specifications

Photography is one of the main highlights of the Samsung Galaxy F70 5G. The rear camera system includes a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 5MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera.

The primary camera’s OIS technology is designed to reduce the effect of hand movement, helping users capture clearer images in suitable conditions.

The ultra-wide camera can capture a broader scene, while the macro camera is intended for close-up photographs.

For selfies and video calls, the handset includes a 13MP front camera.

Both the front and rear cameras support video recording at up to Full HD resolution at 30 frames per second, according to the published specifications.

 Battery, Charging and Connectivity

The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery designed to support everyday activities such as messaging, browsing, streaming and photography.

It supports 25W wired charging through a USB Type-C port. Buyers should check whether a compatible charging adapter is included in the retail package before purchasing.

Other features include dual-SIM support, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC, according to published specifications.

The phone also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for convenient unlocking.

The Samsung Galaxy F70 5G offers several features that may appeal to buyers seeking a smartphone for daily use, photography and entertainment.

Before making a decision, customers should compare both memory variants, check the final price after eligible discounts and confirm software support and availability with the retailer.
