The big day is here.

Samsung is hosting its Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event today, where the much-awaited Galaxy S26 series will finally be unveiled.

The new lineup is expected to be Samsung’s answer to the latest iPhones and Pixel devices — and it could come with some serious upgrades.

Here’s everything you should know before the launch.

When and Where to Watch the Event

The Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event is scheduled for February 25, 2026 at 10 AM PT (11:30 PM IST).

You can watch it live on:

Samsung’s official YouTube channel

Samsung’s newsroom website

The Galaxy S26 series will likely be the highlight of the show, but there could be a few surprise announcements as well.

Galaxy S26 Series: What to Expect

Reports suggest Samsung will stick to its usual three-model strategy:

Galaxy S26

Galaxy S26 Plus

Galaxy S26 Ultra

However, the company may refine its lineup to better compete in the premium market.

Display and Performance Upgrades

Last year, Samsung introduced a new display feature with the S25 Ultra.

This time, the Galaxy S26 Ultra could go a step further with a privacy-focused display shield.

Under the hood, the new series is expected to run on the Exynos 2600 chipset.

This processor may include a new modem capable of satellite-powered voice and video calls — a feature becoming increasingly important in flagship phones.

While Samsung may not significantly increase battery sizes, improvements in charging speeds are expected, especially for the Ultra model.

Camera: Big Changes for the Ultra?

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to feature a quad-camera setup, including:

A massive 200MP primary sensor

A 50MP telephoto lens

An additional 12MP or 50MP sensor

The base and Plus variants may see fewer upgrades, with the Ultra model receiving the most attention.

More Products on the Way?

Leaks also hint at the launch of the Galaxy Buds 4 series, possibly including a Pro version.

As for availability, Samsung is expected to start sales in the second week of March across major markets.

All eyes are now on Samsung to see if the Galaxy S26 series can raise the bar — and challenge Apple and Google in the flagship race.
