Board Recommends ₹75 Dividend Per Share

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company, has released its December quarter results and announced a dividend, attracting investor attention on Thursday.

Dividend Details

The company declared a dividend of ₹75 per share for the year ending December 31, 2025. The board of directors recommended this final dividend for FY2025, with a face value of ₹10 per share.

The payment is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). The record date or book closure for the dividend will be announced later.

Quarterly Results

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare reported a 50.11% year-on-year increase in net profit for the fourth quarter of FY2025, reaching ₹665 million, compared to ₹443 million in the same period last year.

Operating revenue for the quarter rose 47.04% to ₹2,517 million from ₹1,707 million in Q4 FY2024.

Domestic sales grew 23%, driven by the re-launch of recalled products. Export sales surged 9.3 times, benefiting from a low base. For the full year 2025, the company’s revenue reached ₹878.4 crore, a 21% increase over the previous year.
