The HD Fire Protect IPO has attracted investor attention ahead of its opening on October 13, 2026, as its grey market premium (GMP) has reportedly climbed to nearly 32% of the upper price band.

However, the grey market premium is unofficial and does not guarantee listing gains.

The company aims to raise Rs 712.31 crore through the public issue, which will remain open for subscription until October 15, 2026.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 258 to Rs 271 per share.

HD Fire Protect IPO GMP and Price Band

The reported grey market premium suggests that some investors expect the shares to list above the issue price.

However, GMP figures can change before listing and should not be treated as a reliable prediction of the final listing price.

The IPO has a lot size of 55 shares. Retail investors applying for one lot at the upper price band of Rs 271 will need a minimum investment of Rs 14,905.

Important IPO Dates and Issue Details

The HD Fire Protect IPO will open on October 13 and close on October 15, 2026.

The share allotment is expected to be finalised on October 16, while the company’s shares are scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on October 21.

The issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of approximately 2.63 crore shares.

This means the proceeds will go to the selling shareholders, and the company will not receive funds directly from the IPO.
