Buying a new smartphone may now require a bigger budget. Vivo and iQOO have increased the prices of several smartphones in India, making some of their popular models more expensive than before.
The price hike affects flagship, premium mid-range, and gaming-focused smartphones. Reports suggest that rising component costs and the global memory chip shortage are behind the latest increase.

The Vivo T5 Pro has received the highest price increase among the affected devices.
8GB + 128GB: ₹29,999 → ₹32,999
8GB + 256GB: ₹33,999 → ₹36,999
Both variants are now ₹3,000 more expensive than their launch prices.

iQOO Neo 10 Also Becomes Costlier

12GB + 256GB: ₹40,999 → ₹42,999
The updated prices are already visible on the official Vivo and iQOO websites, as well as leading online shopping platforms.
Why Are Prices Increasing?
The latest price hike is being linked to the ongoing global memory chip shortage. Rising costs of smartphone components have increased production expenses for manufacturers.
Industry experts had warned that higher component prices could eventually lead to costlier smartphones, and Vivo and iQOO are among the latest brands to revise their pricing.
If you are planning to buy any of these smartphones, it may be worth checking the latest prices before making a purchase.
