Samsung Galaxy S26 prices rise by ₹20,000 in India from September 18, 2026, across all seven variants of the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
The revised prices apply to every storage configuration.
The Galaxy S26 was launched in India at ₹87,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant and ₹1,07,999 for the 12GB and 512GB version. After the increase, these models cost ₹1,07,999 and ₹1,27,999 respectively.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Prices Rise by ₹20,000
The Galaxy S26+ has also become more expensive. Its 12GB+256GB variant now costs ₹1,39,999, up from ₹1,19,999, while the 12GB+512GB version is priced at ₹1,59,999 instead of ₹1,39,999.
The biggest impact is visible in the Galaxy S26 Ultra lineup. The 12GB+256GB model now costs ₹1,59,999, compared with its launch price of ₹1,39,999.
The 12GB+512GB variant has increased from ₹1,59,999 to ₹1,79,999. Meanwhile, the top-end 16GB+1TB model now costs ₹2,09,999, up from ₹1,89,999.
New Galaxy S26 Ultra Prices in India
The Galaxy S26 Ultra was originally launched with three storage configurations in India.
Samsung’s official launch information listed prices of ₹1,39,999, ₹1,59,999 and ₹1,89,999 for the 256GB, 512GB and 1TB variants respectively.
Following the latest revision, all three variants are ₹20,000 more expensive. This takes the starting price of the Ultra model to ₹1,59,999 and pushes the 1TB version above the ₹2 lakh mark.
The price revision alsoaffects the standard Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ models, meaning the increase is not limited to Samsung’s Ultra flagship.
Why Samsung Galaxy S26 Prices Increased
The reported price increase comes amid higher memory and component costs affecting smartphone manufacturers.
TelecomTalk reported that Samsung is raising prices across the S26 series, although its report initially noted that the communication had not officially come from Samsung.
The revised prices, however, were reported as effective from September 18 in India, with all seven variants receiving a ₹20,000 increase.
Samsung had originally announced the Galaxy S26 series in February 2026.
At launch, the company listed the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra with multiple RAM and storage configurations for the Indian market.
