Aastha Spintex shares rose after the textile company announced a 1:1 bonus issue, final dividend and expansion plans.
The company is also increasing its authorised share capital and moving towards fabric manufacturing.
Aastha Spintex Bonus Issue
Aastha Spintex has approved a 1:1 bonus issue, under which eligible shareholders will receive one additional fully paid-up equity share for every one share held.
The bonus issue was earlier approved by the board and subsequently taken up through the company’s shareholder process.
The company has also increased its authorised share capital from ₹45 crore to ₹100 crore.
The move provides additional room for issuing bonus shares and supporting future corporate requirements.
Aastha Spintex Dividend Details
Along with the bonus issue, the company approved a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share of ₹10 face value for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The dividend is equivalent to 1% of the share’s face value.
The company had fixed September 9, 2026 as the record date for the dividend. The payout is subject to the applicable corporate approval process.
Expansion Into Fabric Manufacturing
Aastha Spintex is also looking to expand its textile operations by entering fabric manufacturing.
The move is aimed at adding another stage to its existing textile business, which includes cotton yarn and related products.
The company manufactures and trades carded, combed and compact combed cotton yarns, cotton bales and related by-products from its integrated spinning and ginning facility in Halvad, Gujarat.
Aastha Spintex Share Price
Aastha Spintex shares gained 4.4% during trading on September 17, touching ₹77.87 before closing at ₹77.30 on the BSE, up 3.66%. The stock was still around 43% below its ₹136 IPO issue price.
