If you were planning to buy the OPPO K14x 5G, you may have to spend more now. OPPO has increased the price of all variants of its affordable 5G smartphone by ₹3,000.
The phone was launched in India earlier this year with features like a large 6,500mAh battery, a 50MP camera, and support for up to 12GB RAM through RAM expansion technology.
After the latest price revision, the device is no longer part of the under-₹15,000 5G smartphone category.
New OPPO K14x 5G Prices
The smartphone is available in three storage variants. All models have received a flat ₹3,000 price hike.

The base 4GB + 64GB model now costs ₹15,999 instead of ₹12,999. Similarly, the 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB variants are now priced at ₹17,999 and ₹19,999 respectively.
Display and Performance
The OPPO K14x 5G runs on Android 16-based ColorOS. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor built on a 6nm process.
According to testing results, the phone achieved an AnTuTu score of 565,613. OPPO has also included its Trinity Engine technology to help deliver smoother day-to-day performance.
The smartphone features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1570 × 720 pixels. The punch-hole screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 256ppi pixel density, and up to 1125 nits peak brightness.
The phone also comes with an IP64 rating, offering protection against dust and water splashes.

For photography, the OPPO K14x 5G offers a dual rear camera setup.
