How to Report Spam Using the BSNL Selfcare App

BSNL users can now quickly and easily report spam messages using the BSNL Selfcare app.

Currently, no other telecom provider offers this feature. Here’s a step-by-step guide to report spam:

1) Open the BSNL Selfcare app on your phone.

2) Tap the three-line icon at the top left corner.

3) Scroll down and select the “Complaint and Preference” option.

4) On the right, tap the three-line menu and choose “Report.”

5) Click on “New Complaint.”

6) Select either SMS or voice call, depending on the type of spam you received.

7) Provide the necessary details and click the “Submit” button.

With this simple process, BSNL aims to provide a better service and make it easier for customers to deal with spam calls and messages.
