Maharashtra Scooters Dividend Details

Maharashtra Scooters has declared an interim dividend of ₹160 per equity share for FY27. Since the face value of each share is ₹10, the dividend represents a 1,600% payout on the face value.

The board approved the dividend at its meeting held on September 15. Shareholders who meet the eligibility conditions on the record date will qualify for the payment.

Record Date for ₹160 Dividend

The record date for the Maharashtra Scooters dividend is Monday, September 21, 2026. The record date is used by the company to identify shareholders who are eligible to receive the declared dividend.

Eligible shareholders are expected to receive the dividend by October 13, 2026. Investors should also consider the applicable settlement and ex-dividend dates when checking their eligibility.

Maharashtra Scooters Dividend History

The ₹160 interim dividend follows a ₹60 final dividend announced for FY26. Together, those two payouts took the company’s total dividend for FY26 to ₹220 per share.

The company had also declared a ₹160 interim dividend in September 2025. This makes the latest ₹160 payout the same as the interim dividend announced in the previous financial year.

Company Reports Weak Q1 Performance

The dividend announcement comes alongside a sharp decline in Maharashtra Scooters’ standalone financial performance during the first quarter of FY27.

The company’s standalone net profit fell 91% year-on-year to ₹3.32 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹35.26 crore in the corresponding period a year earlier. Revenue also declined by more than 80% to ₹5.41 crore.

For shareholders, the key dates are September 21 for determining dividend eligibility and October 13 as the scheduled deadline for crediting the payout.

The ₹160 interim dividend is applicable for FY27 and is separate from the final dividend declared for the previous financial year.
