Airtel Yearly Recharge Plan is offering users 150GB of additional bulk data with its ₹3,999 annual recharge.
The plan comes with 365 days of validity and works out to an average monthly cost of about ₹333.
Airtel Yearly Recharge Plan Benefits
The ₹3,999 plan already includes 2.5GB of high-speed data every day along with unlimited 5G data.
The newly offered 150GB bulk data is separate from the daily data allowance.
For users on a 4G network, the extra 150GB can be used after the daily 2.5GB data limit is exhausted.
Unlike the daily quota, this additional data is available as a bulk balance.
150GB Extra Data for Heavy Users
The additional 150GB can be useful for customers who regularly consume large amounts of mobile data.
Since the plan is valid for a full year, users do not need to recharge every month to maintain the benefits.
The unlimited 5G benefit can also help users with compatible devices and 5G network coverage, while the daily data and bulk data provide an additional option when using 4G.
Airtel Annual Plan Costs About ₹333 a Month
The ₹3,999 price translates to roughly ₹333 per month when the annual cost is divided across 12 months.
However, the recharge is purchased as a yearly plan rather than through monthly payments.
The plan may therefore appeal to users who want a long-validity recharge and consume significant amounts of mobile data throughout the year.
Airtel Takes on Jio’s Annual Plan
Airtel’s offer comes amid competition in the annual recharge segment. Jio’s ₹3,599 yearly plan offers 120GB of bonus data, according to the report.
Airtel’s annual plan costs ₹400 more but offers 150GB of additional bulk data, giving users a larger bonus data allocation that can be used when required.
