You can now purchase Bajaj motorcycles from Flipkart from the comfort of your home.
Bajaj Auto announced on Friday, July 18, that it will sell nearly all its motorcycles on the e-commerce platform.
This includes popular models like Pulsar, Dominar, Avenger, Platina, and CT, ranging from 100 cc to 400 cc.
Bajaj will be the first company to offer such a variety of bikes through Flipkart. However, the recently launched Bajaj Freedom 125, the world’s first CNG bike, will not be available on Flipkart initially.
Bajaj stated that initially, customers in 25 cities can buy Bajaj bikes online through Flipkart. This service will gradually expand to other cities.
Bajaj has partnered with Flipkart to boost its presence online and offline, making shopping easier for customers.
Special launch offers on Flipkart include instant discounts up to ₹5,000 and 12 months of no-cost EMI options, available for a limited time.
Sarang Kanade, Chairman of the Motorcycle Business at Bajaj Auto Limited, expressed his excitement about the partnership.
He said, “We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Flipkart, marking a new era in how customers buy Bajaj motorcycles. This move highlights our commitment to innovation and customer convenience.”
How to buy Bajaj bike from Flipkart?
Customers will pay the ex-showroom price when buying a Bajaj bike on Flipkart. Flipkart will then connect them with an authorized Bajaj dealer.
The dealer will handle the insurance, RTO registration, KYC documents, and verification process.
Customers can choose to buy insurance and registration through Flipkart or pay separately to the dealer.
The document process will take 8-12 days, and customers can expect to receive their bike in about two weeks.
