It processes 1.5 billion messages and 2.5 billion calls daily in just 2 milliseconds, effectively managing 1 trillion records in real-time.

Developed by Airtel’s in-house data scientists, this technology identifies spam by analyzing patterns like call frequency, duration, and sender behavior.

It currently detects about 100 million potential spam calls and 3 million spam SMS messages every day, setting a new industry standard in spam management.

In addition to identifying spam, Airtel’s AI system scans SMS messages in real-time against a database of blacklisted URLs.
