If you are planning to book an IndiGo flight, you may want to wait before making your reservation.

The airline has informed customers that its website is currently facing technical issues, which are affecting ticket bookings and other online services.

Passengers trying to use the website may experience errors or may not be able to complete their booking until the issue is resolved.

IndiGo Confirms Website Problem

IndiGo has displayed an advisory on its website saying that it is experiencing intermittent issues with its core reservation platform.

Because of this, some customers may have trouble accessing online services such as flight booking and other travel-related features.

The airline said its technical team is working closely with its partners to fix the problem as quickly as possible and restore normal services.

What Should Passengers Do?

IndiGo has advised customers who need to book tickets urgently to contact the airline’s customer support or contact centre instead of relying on the website.

Passengers who are not travelling immediately are advised to wait until the issue is resolved before searching for flights or making new bookings. The airline has also apologised for the inconvenience caused to customers.

Similar Issue Happened Earlier This Week

This is not the first time customers have faced such problems. On August 19, several passengers reported difficulties with online ticket booking and web check-in.

At that time, IndiGo said it was working with its technology partner to fix issues affecting its reservation system.

On Friday, some users visiting the website also reported seeing a “NO DATA AVAILABLE” error, after which the airline issued a fresh advisory.
