DDA Starts Registration for 1,200 Flats at 25% Discount

Buying a home in Delhi could now become more affordable.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Karmajeevi Awas Yojana 2026, offering 1,224 newly built flats at a 25% discount.

The scheme includes 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK flats in Narela and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

DDA has also announced the registration date, booking schedule, prices, and eligibility details.

Who Can Apply for the DDA Housing Scheme?

According to DDA, the scheme is aimed at a wide range of homebuyers, including:

Retired government employees

Corporate sector employees

Business owners

Entrepreneurs

Professionals

The flats are located in Pocket-11, Sector A1 to A4, Narela, and buyers will get a 25% discount on the listed price.

Registration for the scheme will begin on July 24, 2026, while bookings will start from August 15, 2026.

Flat Sizes and Prices After 25% Discount

DDA is offering flats in three categories with the following sizes and prices:

1BHK Flats

Size: 60.86 to 61.34 sq. m.

Price: ₹33.40 lakh (after 25% discount)

2BHK Flats

Size: 126.54 to 139.99 sq. m.

Price: ₹77.55 lakh (after 25% discount)

3BHK Flats

Size: 164.18 to 188.70 sq. m.

Price: ₹1.065 crore (after 25% discount)

Where Are the Flats Located?

All 1,224 flats are being developed in Pocket-11, Sector A1 to A4, Narela.

The project includes:

384 1BHK flats in Y Block

432 2BHK flats in AB and C Blocks

408 3BHK flats in Q, R, and S Blocks

Booking Will Be on First-Come, First-Served Basis

DDA has confirmed that bookings will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Interested buyers are advised to complete their registration as soon as it opens to improve their chances of getting a flat.
