People facing delays in their passport applications have a chance to get their issues resolved today.
The Regional Passport Office is organising a Passport Lok Adalat on July 23 to speed up the disposal of pending passport-related cases.
The special session aims to help applicants by resolving their problems quickly through direct interaction with passport officials.
Regional Passport Officer Will Hear Applicants Personally
The Passport Lok Adalat will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Room No. 320, Regional Passport Office, Hapur Chungi.
Regional Passport Officer Anuj Swarup will personally meet applicants, listen to their concerns, and try to resolve pending passport cases on the spot.
The initiative is expected to reduce delays and provide faster solutions to applicants whose files are still pending.
Only 50 Pending Cases Will Be Taken Up
Officials have informed that only 50 pending passport applications will be handled during this Lok Adalat.
Applicants are advised to reach on time, as only a limited number of cases will be considered.
Carry These Documents to Avoid Delays
Applicants should bring both the originals and photocopies of all relevant documents related to their passport application.
Having all the required documents ready will help officials verify the details quickly and resolve the case without unnecessary delays.
The Passport Office has urged eligible applicants to make full use of this special opportunity to get their pending passport issues settled efficiently.
