Buying a Google Pixel 10a in India has now become more expensive. Google has increased the price of its popular smartphone by Rs 6,000, joining brands like Samsung, Xiaomi,
and OnePlus that have recently raised smartphone prices due to rising chip and component costs.
The updated price is now visible on Google’s official website, and customers will have to spend significantly more than before if they buy directly from the Google Store.
Google Pixel 10a Gets a Major Price Hike
The Google Pixel 10a was launched in India in a single 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant at a price of Rs 49,999. At launch, customers could also take advantage of various offers to get the phone at a lower effective price.
However, Google has now revised the pricing. After a direct increase of Rs 6,000, the Pixel 10a’s price has gone up from Rs 49,999 to Rs 55,999 on the Google Store India website.
The company is currently showing a selling price of Rs 54,999 on its official store, which is still much higher than the original launch price.
Better Deals Available on Amazon, Flipkart and Croma
While Google’s official website reflects the new price, some major e-commerce platforms have not updated their pricing yet.
Customers can still find the Pixel 10a at much lower prices on online marketplaces. On Amazon, the smartphone is available for as low as Rs 47,669, despite having an MRP of Rs 49,999.
Flipkart and Croma are also offering the device at Rs 49,999, making them better options for buyers looking to save money.
If you are planning to purchase the Pixel 10a, comparing prices across platforms could help you avoid paying the higher official store price.
