Stovec Industries has once again announced a dividend for its investors. The company’s stock will trade as an ex-dividend stock for the 23rd time on the stock exchange.
This time, Stovec Industries Ltd. has declared a dividend of ₹12 per share.
The company has also fixed the record date in this month, which means the stock will start trading ex-dividend in the coming days.

Record Date for Dividend
According to the company’s filing with the stock exchange, Stovec Industries Ltd. shares will trade ex-dividend on April 30, 2026.
The company will pay ₹12 per share as dividend to all eligible shareholders.
This dividend amounts to a 1200% payout on the face value of ₹10 per share.
Dividend History of the Company
The company did not pay any dividend in 2025.
However, in 2024, the shares traded ex-dividend twice, and together the company paid a total dividend of ₹132 per share to investors.
It is important to note that Stovec Industries first traded ex-dividend on the BSE in 2001, when eligible investors received a dividend of ₹3 per share.
So far, the company has not issued any bonus shares to its investors, and it has also not carried out any stock split.

How Are the Shares Performing?
On Monday, shares of Stovec Industries Ltd. opened lower at ₹1,780 on the BSE.
Soon after the opening, the stock gained more than 2% and touched an intraday high of ₹1,840.
The stock has delivered a 29% gain in the last two weeks.
However, despite this recent rise, the share price is still down 26% over the last one year.
