Mold-Tek Packaging has announced a big reward for its shareholders.
The company will issue bonus shares for the first time in its history. Investors will receive 1 free bonus share for every 1 share they already own.
The company has not yet announced the record date for the bonus issue.
It will share the date later. Following the announcement, Mold-Tek Packaging shares closed at ₹709.20 on the BSE on Wednesday.
Company Also Declares 60% Final Dividend
Along with the bonus issue, Mold-Tek Packaging has recommended a 60% final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
Since the face value of each share is ₹5, shareholders will receive a ₹3 dividend per share. The company will announce the record date for the dividend separately.
Earlier this year, the company had already paid an interim dividend of ₹2 per share, with April 24, 2026, as the record date.

Mold-Tek Packaging has created significant wealth for long-term investors. Over the last 13 years, the stock has surged by more than 4,425%.
The share price has increased from ₹15.67 on August 30, 2013, to ₹709.20 on August 26, 2026.

Company Earlier Split Its Shares
Mold-Tek Packaging has also carried out a stock split in the past. In February 2016, the company split each ₹10 face value share into two shares of ₹5 each.
For the current bonus issue, the company plans to issue 3.32 crore bonus equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each. These bonus shares will be issued from the company’s free reserves.
After the bonus issue, the company’s paid-up share capital will increase from ₹16.61 crore to ₹32.22 crore.
