The anchor book will open on February 18, 2026. Share allotment is expected to be finalized on February 25, 2026. The company’s shares are likely to be listed on the BSE and NSE on February 27, 2026.
The company had re-filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI in September 2025, and it received approval in January 2026.
Use of Funds and Corporate Plans
Out of the ₹90 crore fresh issue:
₹50 crore will be used to open new IVF centers.
₹20 crore will be used to repay or prepay certain loans.
The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes.
The company believes that listing on the stock exchange will improve its brand image, increase transparency, and make it easier to raise funds for future expansion.
