September 25 is an important day for lakhs of women in Haryana.
The Deen Dayal Ladli Lakshmi Yojana (DDLLY) is officially being launched today by Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini from Panchkula.
Under this scheme, eligible women will receive ₹2,100 every month directly into their bank accounts.
This means a total of ₹25,200 per year.
Payments will begin from November 1, 2025.
The government has clarified that this money will also be added to the family’s annual income and updated in the family identity card.
For example, if the annual income is ₹1,00,000, it will now be counted as ₹1,25,200.
Registration and Mobile App Details
A mobile app for the Ladli Lakshmi Yojana is being launched today.
Through this app, women can:
Check eligibility for the scheme
Apply for benefits
Track the status of their application
Submit life certificates
Remove their name if needed
Register complaints
The app is already available on the Google Play Store, but it will be officially launched by the Chief Minister.
How to Register via the App
Download the app from the Play Store.
Fill out the application form within the app.
Verification will also be done digitally.
Data will be sent to the Citizen Resource Information Department (CRID).
Verification will be completed within 15 days, after which the final beneficiary list will be prepared.
During registration, applicants must also provide details of family income and vehicles owned.
In the first phase, only women with a family income of ₹1 lakh or less will be eligible.
Rules and Conditions
The monthly ₹2,100 payment may be stopped if:
The beneficiary provides wrong or incomplete details.
The amount is credited by mistake.
The rules of the scheme are violated.
The beneficiary passes away (in that case, payment will still be made for that month).
Complaints regarding the scheme can be filed directly through the mobile app.

Today also marks the 109th birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.
Many welfare schemes in Haryana are named in his honor.
One of them is the Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Dayalu Yojana, which provides up to ₹5 lakh financial support in case of death or disability of a family member.
