Hyundai has a strong lineup of premium and luxury cars, and the i20 is one of the leading models in the premium hatchback segment.
To make it even more appealing, the company has launched the Hyundai i20 Night Edition, an all-black model with a refreshed design and added features.
Exterior Highlights
The new i20 Night Edition comes in an all-black theme with several stylish elements. Key design details include:
Black alloy wheels, roof rails, skid plates, side sill garnish, outside mirrors, and rear spoiler
Matte black Hyundai logo
Red brake calipers
Special “Night” logo
Sporty metal pedals
These touches give the hatchback a bold and sporty appeal.
Interior and Variants
Inside, the car continues the black theme with all-black upholstery and brass inserts for contrast.
The Night Edition is available in the Sportz (O) and Asta (O) trims, starting at ₹9.15 lakh (ex-showroom).
A similar black theme is also offered in the N8 and N10 trims of the i20 N Line, priced from ₹11.43 lakh (ex-showroom).
Engine and Performance
This special edition is powered by a 1.2-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine producing 83 hp and 115 Nm of torque. It comes with two options:
5-speed manual transmission
CVT automatic transmission
The engine also features an Idle Stop and Go (ISG) system for better efficiency.
However, Hyundai has discontinued the 1.0-liter petrol variant that was earlier available with a 7-speed DCT and 6-speed iMT.
