With the festive season beginning in India, the demand for two-wheelers and four-wheelers increases rapidly.
To take advantage of this, automobile companies are preparing to launch several new models in September. Here’s a look at the upcoming car launches and their details.
Maruti and Citroen Launches
Maruti Escudo
Maruti Suzuki, India’s leading car manufacturer, will launch its new SUV Maruti Escudo on 3rd September.
It will be introduced in the mid-size SUV segment and will be available through Maruti’s Arena dealerships.
Citroen Basalt X
French carmaker Citroen, which sells hatchbacks and SUVs in India, is set to launch the new Basalt X Coupe SUV on 5th September.
Vinfast, Mahindra, and Volvo Launches
Vinfast VF6 and VF7
Electric car manufacturer Vinfast will introduce two new electric SUVs – VF6 and VF7 – on 6th September. Both vehicles are expected to come with advanced features.
Mahindra Thar Facelift
Mahindra will launch the facelift version of its popular three-door Thar in September. Although the exact date is not announced yet, the facelift model will feature an updated design and improved features similar to the Thar Roxx.
Volvo EX30
Luxury carmaker Volvo is also preparing to launch its cheapest SUV – the Volvo EX30 in India this September. However, the official launch date has not been confirmed.
