Ola Electric launched its new flagship electric scooter, S1 Pro Sport, during the Sankalp program at its Tamil Nadu plant on August 15 evening.
The scooter is priced at ₹1,49,999 (ex-showroom), and bookings can be made by paying just ₹999. Deliveries are expected to start in January 2026.
This scooter has been introduced as a sport-focused variant in the S1 lineup. It comes with a 13 kW ferrite motor, which has been developed and manufactured by Ola itself.
Special highlights of the S1 Pro Sport include new styling, sport-tuned suspension,
and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) — the first time such technology has been offered in an electric scooter in India.
Design and Performance
The design of the S1 Pro Sport includes aerodynamically optimized bodywork, a small windscreen, carbon fiber front fender
and grab rail, and new comfortable seats with revised foam. The lighting is fully LED, with a new daytime running light for better visibility.
The scooter’s ferrite magnet motor delivers a peak output of 16 kW and 71 Nm torque, paired with a 5.2 kWh battery pack (4680 cells).
Ola claims a top speed of 152 km/h and 0–40 km/h acceleration in just 2 seconds. Its IDC range is 320 km.
For suspension, it has a telescopic front fork and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock, with disc brakes at both ends.
It rides on a 14-inch front alloy wheel with wide profile tyres. The scooter offers 34 litres of under-seat storage and has a seat height of 791 mm.
