The days of buying expensive laptops may be over. Reliance Jio has launched JioPC, a service that turns your TV into a full computer for just Rs 599 per month.
This cloud-based AI personal computer works through JioHome service, which runs on JioFiber or JioAirFiber.
According to a TelecomTalk report, Jio’s website mentions that the JioHome service includes features like unlimited Wi-Fi, access to 800+ TV channels, OTT apps, games, and the new computer-on-TV feature — which is what JioPC offers.
What Is JioPC and How Does It Work?
JioPC is a virtual desktop service that lets users access a cloud-based computer through their TV using the Jio set-top box (STB).
It is designed mainly for students, creators, families, and small businesses, especially in homes that don’t have a computer.
