Vivo Y32 5G has arrived in the international smartphone market with three major highlights: a powerful 8,000mAh battery, a 120Hz display and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor.
The smartphone has been launched in Nepal, raising expectations among Indian buyers waiting for a new 5G phone with a large battery and durable design.
The device also offers 44W fast charging, IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, and a 50-megapixel primary camera. However, Vivo has not officially confirmed its India launch date or Indian pricing.
Based on its Nepal pricing, the smartphone could enter the Indian market in the approximate ₹25,000 to ₹33,000 price range.
These figures are currency conversions and should not be treated as confirmed Indian prices.
Vivo Y32 5G: Three Features Worth Watching
The new Vivo smartphone focuses on battery life, everyday performance and durability. Here are three major features that make the device interesting for potential buyers.
Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Processor With 5G Support
One of the biggest upgrades in the Vivo Y32 5G is its Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, manufactured using a 4nm process.
The chipset brings 5G connectivity and is paired with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. Users can also expand the storage up to 2TB through a microSD card.
The smartphone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It is designed for everyday activities such as browsing, messaging, video streaming and regular applications.
The processor upgrade is particularly important because the 5G version moves away from the Unisoc chipset used in the 4G version of the Vivo Y32.
Massive 8,000mAh Battery and 120Hz Display
Battery capacity is another major attraction of the Vivo Y32 5G. The smartphone packs an 8,000mAh battery, which is considerably larger than the batteries commonly found in many mainstream smartphones.
It supports 44W wired fast charging and 7.5W reverse charging. The reverse charging feature allows users to charge compatible devices using their smartphone.
The handset also features a 6.87-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This higher refresh rate is designed to provide smoother scrolling and navigation.
The screen offers a resolution of 1592 x 720 pixels and peak brightness of up to 1,300 nits. It also carries TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification.
Vivo claims that the large battery can provide up to 37 hours of local video playback under its stated testing conditions.
Durable Design With IP68 and IP69 Protection
The third major highlight is the phone’s durability. The Vivo Y32 5G comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
It also carries MIL-STD-810H-grade durability protection and an SGS five-star drop-resistance certification.
These features could make the device attractive to people who want a smartphone with additional protection against everyday accidents.
However, water-resistance ratings do not mean that the device is completely waterproof or indestructible.
For photography, the smartphone features a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. An 8-megapixel front camera is available for selfies and video calls.
Other features include stereo speakers, NFC support and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Vivo Y32 5G Price and India Launch Details
The Vivo Y32 5G has been introduced in Nepal with three memory configurations.
The 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at NPR 39,999, approximately ₹25,000. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs NPR 45,999, approximately ₹28,600.

However, Indian customers should remember that these converted prices do not represent official Indian retail prices.
Taxes, local pricing strategies and market positioning could affect the final cost if the device launches in India.
As of November 3, 2026, Vivo has not announced an official India launch date or confirmed Indian pricing.
Should Indian Buyers Wait for the Vivo Y32 5G?
The Vivo Y32 5G could attract buyers who prioritise long battery life, a large display and additional durability features.
Its 8,000mAh battery and 120Hz screen are among its biggest attractions, while the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor brings 5G connectivity.
However, buyers should wait for official Indian availability, pricing and variant details before making a purchase decision. The final value of the smartphone will depend on how Vivo positions it against other 5G phones in the Indian market.
