Bajaj Auto Reduces Price of Freedom 125 CNG Bike

Good news for customers who want to buy the world’s first CNG-powered bike. Bajaj Auto has cut the price of the Freedom 125, making it much more affordable than before.

This price reduction comes five months after the bike’s launch. Let’s take a closer look at the details.

Price Cut Details

Bajaj Auto has reduced the price of the entry-level variant of the Freedom 125 by up to Rs 5,000.

Meanwhile, the price of the mid-level variant has been cut by Rs 10,000, according to a report by HT Auto. This makes the bike even more attractive to potential buyers.

Previous Price Cuts

After Diwali, Bajaj Auto also reduced the prices of some models in the Pulsar range.

The Freedom 125, a CNG-powered motorcycle, was launched on July 5 this year and has seen this price cut as part of ongoing efforts to make it more affordable.

Sales Performance

Since its launch, Bajaj Auto has dispatched 80,000 units of the Freedom 125 to dealers. However, according to VAHAN retail data, only 34,000 units have been sold so far.

Price Reduction Details

According to HT Auto, the entry-level variant of the Freedom 125 has seen a price drop of up to Rs 5,000, while the mid-level variant’s price has been reduced by Rs 10,000.

This follows a price cut after Diwali when Bajaj also reduced prices for some models in their Pulsar range.

Since the launch of the CNG-powered Freedom 125 on July 5 this year, Bajaj has sent 80,000 units of the Freedom series to dealers.

However, according to VAHAN retail data, only 34,000 units have been sold so far.
