What is IMEI number?
IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity, which is a unique 15-digit code that identifies a mobile phone.
Besides identifying the phone, IMEI provides information about the phone number and network.
In simple terms, the IMEI number acts as the digital fingerprint of the phone, enabling tracking of lost or stolen devices.
It also provides details such as the phone model, manufacturing location, and serial number.
