Both smartphones will go on sale starting April 27 at 12 noon on Flipkart.
In terms of colors, the C81 is available in Elite Black, Ice Blue, and Sunset Gold. The C81X misses out on the Sunset Gold option.

The POCO C81 is the more powerful option between the two.
It features a large 6.9-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, which makes scrolling and animations feel smooth.
The phone runs on the Unisoc T7250 processor, which is good enough for daily tasks like calling, WhatsApp, and video streaming.
It offers 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, and you can expand storage up to 2TB using a microSD card.
For photography, you get a 13MP dual rear camera and an 8MP front camera.
The biggest highlight is its massive 6300mAh battery, which can easily last long hours. It supports 15W charging and also 7.5W reverse charging.
The device runs on HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, and the company promises up to four years of updates, which is rare in this price range.
POCO C81X: Affordable and Good for Basic Use
The POCO C81X is designed for users who want a cheaper phone for basic needs.
It has a slightly smaller 6.88-inch HD+ display, but still supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
The phone is powered by the same Unisoc T7250 processor, but comes with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage. Storage can be expanded using a microSD card.
In terms of camera, it has a single 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera.
The battery is 5200mAh, which is still good for daily use. Like the C81, it also supports 15W charging and 7.5W reverse charging.
Which One Should You Choose?
If you want better battery life and slightly stronger performance, the POCO C81 is the better choice.
But if you are on a tighter budget and need a phone for basic tasks, the POCO C81X can save you some money while still getting the job done.
