Meta launches New Facebook Monetization Program for Content Creators

According to the latest update from Meta, there will now be a single monetization program on the platform instead of three separate creator monetization options. This change will allow creators to earn more easily than before.

Under the current Facebook monetization policy, creators can earn in three ways: through ads, reels, and performance.

However, Meta has now simplified the process for creators to earn money. With the new monetization policy, creators only need to apply for monetization once.

After that, they can earn from the platform through any available method.

Creators were not fully earning to their potential on the platform, as Meta recently pointed out.

To address this, a new monetization program has been introduced to make it easier for creators to maximize their earnings.

How will this monetization program function?

According to Meta, the new monetization program will function similarly to the existing one.

Creators will be able to earn through videos, long videos, photos, text posts, and reels.

Reports also indicate that Meta will provide creators with a new insights tab. This will allow creators to easily track their earnings from different content formats.

Additionally, under this program, creators will be able to see how much money they have earned from each post or video.

Meta’s monetization program is currently available in beta

Currently, Meta’s new monetization program is in the beta version. However, it will soon be available to everyone.

It is estimated that around 1 million creators, who are already on the platform and earning, will be included in this program.
