Ahead of Independence Day, Reliance Jio has announced a big discount for broadband users. The company has reduced the price of its 15-month 100Mbps broadband plan by ₹6,000.
Earlier priced at ₹16,000, the same plan is now available for ₹10,000 for a limited period. This special offer is currently visible on the MyJio app, although it has not yet appeared on Jio’s official website.
According to reports, Jio is rolling out the offer in phases, so some users may see it later.

Save Around ₹400 Every Month
With the discounted price, the effective monthly cost of the 15-month plan has dropped considerably.
Earlier, the plan cost around ₹1,066 per month. Now, it works out to approximately ₹666 per month, giving users a saving of about ₹400 every month.

Although the price has been reduced, the benefits remain unchanged.
The plan offers unlimited data with internet speeds of up to 100Mbps, making it suitable for 4K streaming, online classes, video calls, gaming, and work-from-home.
Customers also get access to 12+ OTT platforms, including JioHotstar, Sony LIV, ZEE5, and several other popular streaming services. This means you don’t have to pay separately for multiple OTT subscriptions.
In addition, the plan includes access to 1,000+ live TV channels, covering news, sports, movies, entertainment, and regional content on a single connection.
Jio Recently Introduced New Home Plans
Before launching this Independence Day offer, Jio also refreshed its Home Plans portfolio.
The company introduced TV-only, broadband-only, and Wi-Fi + TV + OTT combo plans to suit different customer needs.
TV-focused plans start at ₹400 per month, broadband-only plans begin at ₹450 per month, while combo plans that include Wi-Fi, TV, and OTT services are available from ₹555 per month.
