Domestic EV manufacturer Avore Electric has entered the Indian electric motorcycle market with the launch of its first electric bike, the Avore Electric EX.
The bike was unveiled by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and is available in three variants – EX 2S, EX 2, and EX 1.
The electric bike starts at an ex-showroom price of ₹1,24,999. According to the company, it has been designed for Indian roads, daily commuting, and modern riders who want smart technology with strong performance.
Stylish Design with Smart Riding Modes
Avore Electric says the EX is built around the idea of “Intelligence Beyond Motion,” making technology a key part of the riding experience.
The bike features a premium dual-tone design, signature tank lights, and a modern look. Riders can switch between manual and automatic riding modes, giving them more flexibility based on their riding style.
Powerful Motor and Top Speed
The Avore Electric EX is powered by a non-rare-earth PMSM motor. Depending on the variant, it delivers between 7.5 kW and 10.5 kW of power, while all models offer 250 Nm peak wheel torque.
The EX 2S has a top speed of 114 km/h, while the EX 2 and EX 1 can reach 100 km/h. The company has also added a new drive link arm to improve balance, stability, and handling.
Up to 260 km Range on a Single Charge
One of the biggest highlights of the bike is its impressive riding range.
The EX 2S offers a claimed range of 260 km, while the EX 2 delivers 255 km. The entry-level EX 1 provides a range of 160 km on a single charge.
The bike comes with a 1,500W onboard fast charger and can be charged using a regular 5A or 15A home socket. It can charge from 20% to 80% in around 2 hours, while a full charge takes about 4 hours.
Loaded with Smart Features
The Avore Electric EX comes with several advanced features to improve the riding experience.
It runs on the Avoir Sense operating system and includes an AI assistant called Avoir Synapse, which tracks ride data and riding habits automatically.
Other key features include Apex performance mode, Syft manual gear mode, PAM+ park assist, auto indicator cut-off, welcome lights, and a comfortable seating setup for everyday use.
