Lava has launched its new budget smartphone, the Bold N4 Lite, in India. The phone is aimed at users looking for an affordable device with a big battery and the latest Android experience.
It comes with a 5000mAh battery, Android 16 Go Edition, and MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability.
With the launch offer, the phone is available for under ₹8,000. It also offers expandable storage and Lava’s Free Service @ Home support.
Price, Sale Date and Colors
The Lava Bold N4 Lite is priced at ₹8,099. However, under the launch offer, customers can buy it for ₹7,999.
The first sale will begin on September 3 at 12 PM through Amazon. The smartphone comes in two color options: Empire Gold and Ghost Silver.
Lava is also offering its Free Service @ Home program, under which customers can get service support at their doorstep.
Display, Battery and Performance
The smartphone features a 6.75-inch qHD LCD display with a resolution of 960×540 pixels.
It is powered by the octa-core Unisoc 9863A processor. The phone comes with 3GB RAM along with 3GB virtual RAM support. It offers 32GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card.
The device packs a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support. While the battery is expected to last long, charging may take more time compared to phones with faster charging.
One of its standout features is the MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability rating, making it more resistant to everyday wear and tear.
Android 16 Go Edition and Camera
The Lava Bold N4 Lite runs on Android 16 Go Edition, a lighter version of Android designed for entry-level smartphones. Lava has also promised two years of security updates.
For photography, the phone has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, dual nano-SIM support, a dedicated microSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and FM radio.
