Mahindra has officially launched the 2026 Scorpio-N in India with several feature upgrades. While the SUV’s engine and powertrain remain unchanged, it now offers more premium features and technology.
Prices start at ₹13.69 lakh (ex-showroom), and the SUV is available in seven variants with both petrol and diesel engine options.
Panoramic Sunroof and Bigger Screens
The biggest highlight of the new Scorpio-N is the panoramic sunroof, which is available in the top-spec Z8L variant.
The Z8L variant also gets a 540-degree surround-view camera and a blind-view monitor, making parking and driving much easier.
Mahindra has upgraded the infotainment system on the mid and top variants. The SUV now comes with a 12.29-inch touchscreen infotainment system along with physical control buttons.
It also gets a new 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster with three customizable display layouts, replacing the older analog unit.
Larger Wheels and Faster Charging
The Z8T variant and above now come with 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, replacing the earlier 17-inch wheels.
Mahindra has also added a 65W USB Type-C fast charging port for the front passengers, making it more convenient to charge smartphones and other devices.
Engine Options Remain Unchanged
The 2026 Scorpio-N continues with the same engine lineup.
Buyers can choose between a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 2.2-litre diesel engine. Both engines are available with manual
and automatic transmission options. Depending on the variant, customers can also choose between 2WD and 4WD versions.
Price Goes Up to ₹25.49 Lakh
The 2026 Mahindra Scorpio-N starts at ₹13.69 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Z2 Petrol Manual variant.
The top-end Z8L ADAS 7-seater Diesel 4WD Automatic variant is priced at ₹25.49 lakh (ex-showroom). With the addition of premium features, Mahindra aims to make the Scorpio-N even more attractive to SUV buyers.
Mahindra Vision S Coming Soon
Mahindra is also expected to unveil the production version of the Vision S later this month.
The upcoming SUV will be based on Mahindra’s new NU_IQ platform and is currently undergoing testing.
It is expected to feature a bold boxy design, a premium cabin, a large touchscreen infotainment system, a fully digital instrument cluster, and several modern technology features.
