If you are planning to travel by train between September 20 and October 4, make sure to check your train status before leaving for the station.
Indian Railways has announced changes to the operation of several trains during this period.
The decision has been taken because of non-interlocking work in the Begusarai section, where a new double-line railway bridge over the Ganga River is being connected to the main rail network.
Due to this work, many trains running between North and South Bihar will remain cancelled, while several others may be diverted.
These Trains Will Remain Cancelled
Passengers travelling on the following trains should note that these services will not operate during the affected period:

More Trains to Be Cancelled and Diverted
According to East Central Railway, a total of 67 trains will remain cancelled between September 20 and October 4. On October 3 alone, 36 trains will be cancelled.
Apart from cancellations, several trains will also run on diverted routes due to the ongoing railway work.
This means passengers may experience changes in schedules and travel time.
