Buying a Mahindra SUV has now become more expensive. The company has increased the prices of its two popular models — the Thar Roxx and Scorpio Classic.
Mahindra had already announced that it would raise the prices of its passenger vehicles by up to 2.7% from July 2026.
As part of this revision, different variants of the Thar Roxx and Scorpio Classic have received different price hikes based on their engine, gearbox, and drivetrain options.
Thar Roxx Price Increased Across All Variants
The Mahindra Thar Roxx, one of India’s best-selling 5-door lifestyle SUVs, has become more expensive across its entire lineup.
The price hike ranges from ₹12,500 to ₹78,000, depending on the variant.
Among the petrol models, the MX1 Petrol MT 2WD gets the smallest increase of ₹12,500, while the Star Edition AT 2WD sees the biggest petrol price hike of ₹59,000.
Diesel variants have become costlier by ₹22,500 to ₹78,000. The MX5 MT 2WD gets the lowest increase of ₹22,500, while the AX7 L 2WD and AX7 L 2WD Mocha Interior variants now cost ₹78,000 more than before.
Scorpio Classic Also Gets a Price Hike
Mahindra has also increased the prices of the Scorpio Classic, which continues to be sold alongside the Scorpio N.
The S MT 7-seater variant is now ₹37,000 more expensive, while the S MT 9-seater gets a price hike of ₹39,000.
Both S11 variants — S11 MT 7-seater and S11 MT 7-seater CC — now cost ₹40,000 more.
After the latest revision, the Scorpio Classic is priced between ₹13.37 lakh and ₹17.40 lakh (ex-showroom).
Scorpio N Facelift Expected Soon
Mahindra is also expected to launch the Scorpio N facelift next month.
The updated SUV has already been spotted testing several times. It is expected to come with noticeable changes to its exterior and interior, along with a refreshed feature list.
